Today, we use big, four-wheel drive SUVs. We can use helicopters to lift up dinosaur bones and take them back to where we can drive them away.”

Video 2 - What Hasn’t Changed
“Paleontologists today look for dinosaur bones in much the same way that people did 100 years ago.
We go out and roam across the landscape out in the Badlands and we look to see where dinosaur bones are eroding out of the ground. That’s the same thing people did back in the 1890’s.”

“One of the reasons I went into paleontology is because I could come out to the wilderness like this and just spend my days exploring.
So, you see all kinds of things: animals, plants… we also find fossils! So just to me, this is the perfect kind of life.”
